I do agree. They are both fabulous shots taken at great times of day. Happy weekend.
I was leaning towards using the theme in this manner, however, I decided at the very last moment to go with the obvious.
I looove them both. Pretty sure there's plenty more of these where they came from.

Oh yeah, these are great shots!
i was jus thinking that in the first pic, u hadnt planned for the road sign to b there but if it werent there, it wouldnt have looked so good without a focus. :)

Wow, that Vancouver shot is amazing! Love your creative take on the theme this week.
Sundial moving? Haha that put a smile to my face and made me wonder. Guess the shadow of the sundial moves around depending on the direction of the sun.
Oh and about vacating from NL to CH and back, that sounds good, we should swop places as I would love to visit Victoria! Haha.

Same here, it's my favorite time of the day to take "night" pictures. And I'm too lazy for sunrise, soo...
I like the second photo but both are great shots. Sorry about the visit to Seattle - I didn't even think about how close you are. I promise to come back and I'll let you know when :)
