Time Flies

On Friday P and I celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary.  It's hard to believe I blogged about our wedding 5 years ago and I'm still blogging away.  The day was quite uneventful as both of us went to work.

The next evening we went out with friends to watch the UFC matches with  George St. Pierre defeat Josh Koscheck who happens to be training out of where I grew up.  The match was a bit harry in that Koscheck quickly got a black eye from one of St. Peirre's punches.

And then the next day we also went out to watch The Hobbit via live Theatre.  It was very challenging for me to sit in the seats for that one but we managed and I think P enjoyed my presence as we never go out to something like that.

In other news, I'm usually too tired to even stay up past 8pm each night after work.  The baby is growing and I'm measuring right at 28 wks.

I'm officially into the 3rd trimester.

  1. love your baby bump :) brings back memories! I think late winter/early spring due dates are the bestest, just in time for the sunny weather! ;) Glad to read all is well with you!

  4. Happy Anniversary to the two of you! A spring baby is a wonderful thing! My daughter was born in the spring too. At least I did not have the summer to deal with as some of my friends told me it isn't fun with the heat. The weather has been crazy here in the south also, and there has been so much going on with not much blogging time. So, now it is catch up time for me! Hope the three of you have a wonderful holiday!!
    Take Care,
    Ulrike
