HBC No Longer Truely Canadian
The oldest Company in Canada will no longer be known as just Canadian anymore. Hudson's Bay Company has officially been acquired by a South Carolina billionaire Jerry Zucker. Zucker plans on revitalizing the company to bring it up from its current slump. Many Canadians are scared of this buy out because it just won't truely be Canadian anymore. If there are positive points in this change, it would be saving the HBC from going under. I guess we will just have to wait and see if there are any negative effects here in Canada right away.
