Vancouver has a tendency to get voted "Best city to live in" by various publications every once in a while. It is an honour, but it can leave those of us who don't particularly like all the rain and high cost of living a little perplexed.
I thought the following video from "The Rick Mercer Report", a weekly national comedy show, was worth posting here. It is quite hilarious and frankly, so accurate.
