Pink Flags
There are some things about Victoria in summer that just rock.
Beacon Hill Park has a stage which comes alive in the summer time. When there are larger events, they even set up benches for people to enjoy a free concert.
I couldn't help but notice the flags, including all of the colors of pink.

Often times you will see many seniors enjoying the music, which is such a wonderful way to showcase local artists and enjoy.
There were just too many things I found that were pink. Here's another photo from our trip to California. I took this at my brother's wedding.
Happy Fourth of July to everyone celebrating it!

ReplyDeleteI must admit I love the North-American Out-Door concerts. And as you write, it's lot of Retirees among the audience, no matter the Music type.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing wonderful "Pink" photos this week.
I'm pink as well *giggles*, hiding from the Heath - 6 days in a row with 30-33 C in the shadow. 24 C in the Ocean.
A dramatic change in weather is expected from unday afternoon, down to less than 20 C at day time and less than 10 C during Nights.... This is what we can expect when living up North.
And to day: First leg of TDF - in Monaco. You know we are at least as great fan of the Tour as you are;-))
However, it's still too hot for me to post anything this afternoon. May be later in the evening.
My last post is ABC-R (English - Norwegian)
Wish you the best with your sport competitions.
Isn't it lovely to travel round the world and see so much! I envy you.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous. I would love to visit Victoria again one day!
ReplyDeleteHey are you watching LE Tour?
Love all those different coloured flags. They look great. The weather seems to be beautiful over there and what better thing to do than visit a free concert. That's what makes a bigger place alive and so much fun to live in, always something to see and discover. Enjoy your weekend.
ReplyDeleteBTW the guys in this house are fans of the tour and we even planned our holiday around it so that we will be able to watch it life one day!
