The Seasons of Change

I've been dreading it all week but I must admit that I got a bit of the white stuff on my jacket walking around this morning.  Time to get out the gloves, scarves and toques for the season.  I'm actually very shocked to see the temps drop to 0C so early in the season.

Luckily for us, we usually do get a lot less snow than the Vancouver mainland.  And to top it off, Whistler mountain already has a 100cm base and some 48 plus cm in the last couple of days.

I'm hoping all of this cool air will pass by quickly so that we aren't stuck walking in it daily.  I don't mind the stuff as long as it just doesn't stick around here.  I'm sure we will live!

What have you heard about this winter?  I've heard it may be what we are least wishing for...  At least we will be prepared early!

I've heard it was going to be a snowy winter in the East but it still haven't snowed. Well, some on Halloween but it didn't last.

It hot and cold, weird fall. It's supposed to be 12C here on Monday but meanwhile, it's - 5C tonight.

  3. What are you least wishing for, ET? Snow? I hope we get lots of snow...or at least enough to make me feel like it's winter. I really like the seasons, and as long as I'm wearing the right clothes, Let it snow, Let it snow, Let it snow. :)
